  • Most realtors are fair, honest, trustworthy. But sometimes the bad apples make an appearance.

    In Ontario, the governing body is the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). And when Agents do naughty things, it’s RECO that decides the punishment.

    In this episode we look at a few cases where RECO had to get involved. Like the Agent who spotted five dollars in loose change in their client’s bedroom and decided they could use a little coffee money for themselves and who would notice? The client’s bedroom camera noticed.
