    We couldn't resist reviewing one of our all time faves, Matilda, and we know we say that in every episode of this podcast, but what can we say! We're movie fanatics, or just really sad, troubled young women.

    Entering the world of Roald Dahl this week, we marvel at the multi-layered power of Matilda. We glorify Miss Trunchbull, Sarah (and Sarah only) picks apart Miss Honey and we're in awe of the Wormwoods. And we have a whale of a time doing it. 

    DeVito directs, narrates and stars in this movie which does just make us want to say, "you're doing too much, sweetie." But his talent and his clear eye for direction and storytelling are exemplified in this film's ability to stand the test of time.
