  • In this episode, we are jumping back to E-World Essen 2022, the industry's largest European event that was held this summer in beautiful Essen Germany. It really was a fantastic and huge event, such a great thing to experience again for us after a year away due to the pandemic. During the event, we spoke to a number of attendees and basically grouped each discussion into 2 primary categories, which we will discuss and look back on today with some audio clips from attendees. As mentioned in that introduction, these are Customer Engagement and the shift to long term sustainability.
