  • 199: Navigating ADHD in Marriage (Right After My Diagnosis)
    May 7 2025

In this deeply personal episode, I’m sharing something super fresh: I was just diagnosed with ADHD this week. Yep, it’s official—and I’m still very much in the thick of processing it all. Join me as I talk about how I got the diagnosis, what it’s bringing up in my marriage (yep, we’re a double ADHD couple!), and how it’s reshaping how I see myself, my past, and my parenting.

From the messy car-packing fights to the guilt of passing traits onto my kid, I’m unpacking it all—raw, unfiltered, and with a lot of heart. I’m also sharing how healing my attachment style gave me a head start on understanding ADHD, and why sensitivity and distractibility might just be superpowers.

If you’ve ever wondered how ADHD shows up in adult relationships—or if you're just looking for real talk about neurodivergence, emotional growth, and love—this one’s for you.

  • 195. Harsh Words, Big Feelings: What’s Really Going on with the Anxious
    Apr 9 2025

Lit AF Relationships podcast is your resource for creating healthy relationships full of love, trust, safety, and respect.

Ever been on the receiving end of a sudden outburst from your anxious preoccupied partner? Or maybe you are the one who panics and lashes out when you feel someone pulling away?

Here’s the deal: It’s not about anger—it’s about fear.

When someone with an anxious preoccupied attachment feels rejected or senses abandonment, their nervous system goes into panic mode. The thought of losing connection feels like life or death, and in that desperation, they might use harsh language, lash out, say things they don’t mean, or even reject someone’s bid for attention before they can be rejected first.

The work is about rewiring their fear of abandonment and expanding their emotional tolerance for discomfort—without self-sabotaging.

Let’s break it all down in this episode. Tune in.

Do you feel like you’re carrying emotions that aren’t even yours? That’s codependency in action!
