  • EP: 420 How to Create Profit with your Creative Business
    May 1 2024

At Upleveling Your Business, we empower business owners to build thriving, profitable businesses run with systems. We use the 4 Pillars of Successful Business Management to educate business owners on what they need to be doing and give them the tools to build and use an infrastructure that works.

We are on a mission to help millions of business owners because it sucks to work too hard and not make money and not have free time to spend doing what makes you happy. In addition, for each business owner we help, we are also helping their families to have a better life, we are helping their staff and their staff’s families to have a better life, and last but not least we are helping their clients and their clients’ families to have a better life. In this way, our impact amplifies for every person we help.

    Apr 24 2024

Julia Browne (she/her) pioneered Black heritage tourism in France in 1994. She was born in Britain, raised in Canada, and resided in France for fifteen years. In Paris, she founded the heritage education company Walking The Spirit Tours-Black Paris & Beyond while a student at the Sorbonne’s Center for African American Studies. Her Afrocentric tours and customized itineraries have introduced countless travelers, students, and educators to the rich but lesser known influence of Black history and culture in Europe, the UK, Washington DC, and Canada.

Julia is also an award-winning broadcaster and a captivating speaker. She is the associate producer Blue Lions Films' documentary Paris Noir – African Americans in the City of Light and Fighting For Respect – African American Soldiers in World War 1 France . Since 2016 she has been invited to speak on France's Black history at cultural organizations American Embassy Washington DC, the Smithsonian's National Museum of African American History & Culture, film festivals, educational institutions and special screenings in the U.S., Canada and Europe.

She has earned an Advanced Diploma in Radio and Television Broadcasting at the end of which she was awarded the Radio & Television News Directors Association of Canada scholarship for documentary production.
