  • In this four-part storytelling miniseries from the Police Athletic League of NYC, teenagers from PAL after school programs in Harlem talk about the affects of guns and gun violence on their lives, families, and communities. Along the way, they find common ground on some of the biggest challenges they face as young people, fearlessly call on their parents, teachers, and local authority figures to do a better job of preventing violence and the tragedies that surround it, and offer some solutions for making their neighborhood a better and safer place to live. Series produced by Police Athletic League of New York City and CitizenRacecar Made possible through funding from the New York City District Attorney's Office as part of DANY's Gun Violence Initiative Special thanks to PAL Harlem Center and Youth Link Staff and the New York City Department of Youth and Community Development
