How to deal with high performing troublemakers like Packers' Quarterback Aaron Rodgers & Antonio Brown

  • Summary

  • My guest today is Ryan Flower, a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach with Management Action Programs, Inc. (MAP). Ryan graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Riverside. From there, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to become President of Delivery Drivers Inc. (DDI). Before the gig economy existed, DDI was on the forefront of helping businesses and independent contractor drivers work effectively together. He still cites this opportunity to own and run a small business as one of his most profound growth experiences.

Ryan served as the Director of Operations at Restaurants on the Run for 15 years. In 2015, he transitioned to Grubhub, the nation's largest restaurant delivery marketplace. To further their industry leading position, he was asked to build out their in-house delivery division to a national presence with a goal of $1 billion in revenue in 10 years. He beat that goal by a longshot, with GrubHub reaching that milestone in just three years.

Ryan subsequently joined MAP where he is a passionate advocate of the MAP Management System, recognizing the tremendous impact it can have when properly implemented and executed.
