You'll probably also want to know how fast you are driving so you can calculate an expected arrival time. Getting from Point A to your destination is more about knowing what the journey is like, running assumptions and accounting for variances. Getting to retirement is not unlike that.

    We're all working towards retirement whether that is five, ten, fifteen, or twenty years away. But how many times have we actually stopped and wondered whether we're on track?
