Rick, a hardworking dad of three, supports his family while working full-time as an aircraft inspector. He knows the struggles of long hours, multiple jobs, and missing out on time with family without seeing much improvement in finances.

Realizing he needed a change, Rick learned about money and investing from books, which led him to Real Estate. And that's when he found us!
In his first year with our mentoring program, Rick achieved a lot. He flipped 2 houses and bought a four-unit building and a townhouse—all with other people's money! He also snagged another condo for a flip project in British Columbia. His big goal is to keep flipping condos there and grow his property portfolio over the next ten years.

In this episode, Rick shares insights from one of his flips, where he made a cool $45,000 profit in just 2.5 months! He also talks about how he financed it, using RRSP and other creative financing strategies.
