Gripping and engaging

Gripping, engaging account from the agent's point of views on how 9/11 happened and what we learned from it. Hard to listen at times, especially with the Flight 93 voice recorder. Must listen for anyone interested in how the investigation was accomplished and putting current events into their appropriate historical context.

Outstanding

This was a deep dive into what was one of the most tragic events in US History. I couldn’t stop listening. I went through every possible emotion during the 6+ hours. I smiled, cried, got frustrated, angry and overwhelmed with a feeling of hope on how our country has changed since then. Whatever opinions you form or had formed prior to listening, you can’t help but walk away and not feel compassion for everyone that was impacted on this day. I have a new appreciation of those who were there. Thank you! Again Outstanding and thank you for sharing!

Fascinating

As much as I know about 9/11, it is quite interesting to hear the words of the FBI agents that had their boots on the ground trying to figure out the level of threat from Al Qaeda.

Wow, great story and research

Such a great change from just a history repetition standpoint. Real people talking about their reality of this event.
Very well done, I listened in like maybe 3 settings because it was so good.
Thanks for making this about real people and not just a setup political hit piece or a propaganda piece from one side or the other. I really enjoyed it.

Fantastic interviews

This was an extraordinary review of the events of 9/11 from the professionals who were involved. One of the most compelling things I have ever heard.

Touching and poignant. Worth the listen.

So vividly told. It is not hard to imagine many of the emotions, struggles and duty felt by all of the heroic individuals involved in seeking justice for the victims.

too much drama music in the background.

I couldn't get past the first few minutes because it was just one of these prime time TV crime drama big sound backgrounds that there's no way I was going to sit through.. you know, every sentence was supposed to be framed as something so profound the background music had to send you shivers. Just dr9nthe drama and read the story to us, thx.
