  • Season 5, Episode 4 Garcia asks the hard question: did you expect to stay the same and get different results in your relationship? If your last relationship didn’t go how you wanted it to and especially if you were toxic in your past situations, you will have to change something. The two talk about things they knew they would have to change about themselves in order to have a non-toxic relationship and the things they have changed that they never would have imagined. The two also discuss why it is so hard to change even when your partner brings up something that might make the relationship better. The episode ends with Garcia and SunAh giving some advice on how to have difficult conversations about changing for the sake of the relationship. New episodes every other Tuesday.
