  • I had a REAL conversation with my kids the other day.  It was difficult and uncomfortable, but extremely important. In a world full of lies and influences we need to keep the lines of communication open with our children.  And I believe for that to happen, sometimes we need to have hard conversations with them ourselves. If we show them we can be embarrassed and vulnerable too, it opens that door for them as well. We are all just human, doing the best we can.  Let them see that.
