    This week is certainly going to be a treat, Charli has Brandon Myers on to talk about his second career in education in the largest school system in Georgia

    Brandon Myers is the manufacturing instructor at Maxwell High School of Technology in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Myers is a graduate of Lanier Technical College in Gainesville, Ga. In 2004, Myers joined Panoz Auto Development, a specialty vehicle manufacturer, where he was responsible for machine shop operations, production line assembly, and special projects for the engineering department and Panoz GTLM race team. Myers returned to Lanier Technical College as an adjunct instructor, where he taught evening classes on machine tool technology. Before joining Maxwell, Myers worked for Welding Services Inc , a specialty repair company, as the prototype specialist. He resides in northeast Atlanta with his wife and daughter.

    Heather brings a strong track record of excellence in both business and leadership. She began her career at the Foxboro Company in 1998, as a member of the Professional Leadership Program, with roles in engineering and business development.

    Starting in 2005, she held several leadership roles at ABB in marketing, sales, and strategic investments. Joining as North American Manager for British Petroleum and Shell in 2007, Vice President, Group Accounts, working with The Dow Chemical Company, successfully executing chemical plants and new investments in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America. In 2010, she led ABB’s partnership with Dow Chemical and Saudi Aramco’s joint venture in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia. A partner from concept through lifecycle.

    In 2012, she managed Group Strategic Project investments including East Africa’s liquid natural gas and North America’s gulf coast chemical and liquid natural gas investments. Most recently, leading ABB’s global Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Industry business.

    In August 2023, Heather returned to Schneider Electric with a clear mandate to be an “impact maker” in energy transition, harnessing the full portfolio and strength of our company, AVEVA, and strategic partnerships.

    In addition to her professional experience, Heather is deeply involved in the community and is a fierce advocate of women in STEM. She serves on the Board of Directors of Fluitron and the World of Affairs Council. She has been honored with the Gamechangers Progress Champion Award in 2022 and 2023; WeQual Americas Leadership Excellence Award in 2021 and named a Global Leader of Influence, World Affairs in 2021; 10 Most Influential Women in Technology 2020 and a member of the Global Women’s Forum for Economy & Society, Paris France. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from the College of Engineering at Texas A&M University and IMD’s Executive Leadership from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.

    Chris Jackson is a Commercial Manager for Flexible Disc Couplings at Regal Rexnord. He studied mechanical engineering at Texas A&M University. His first role at Regal Rexnord was as an application engineer for disc couplings. Since then, he’s focused on helping customers find the right disc coupling for their applications.

    Don Daly is an Industry Manager for Business Development at Regal Rexnord. He attended Texas A&M University and studied industrial distribution. His first job was at Motion Industries in 1985. Since then, Don has focused on developing global accounts and new business with OEMs in the energy market.

(GME), a marketing, service and training organization for industrial maintenance and related technologies. Among other courses, he taught a "Pumps and Pump Systems" seminar for American Trainco. He also has an extensive background in vibration and dynamic balancing and chaired the St. Louis Chapter of the Vibration Institute from 1993-2000.

    Brad Hitselberger graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a concentration in Industrial and Systems Engineering. He has been working in some capacity with pumps for 6 years in various roles. He started out working in the wastewater side focusing on collection systems and pumps for a leading manufacturer in the industry. At the beginning of 2022, he took a role with Industrial Flow Solutions as their Municipal Business Development Manager to focus on building out their Municipal strategy. Currently he lives in Charlotte, North Carolina but enjoys traveling, meeting, and learning from many people in the water industry!

    Along with her involvement as a marketing & healthcare awards judge, her participation as a speaker in women’s empowerment and marketing expert talks reflects her contributions to advancing marketing & Women’s Health practices, as well as the role of women in leadership.

    Beyond her professional achievements, she’s dedicated to uplifting women and young girls by giving back to the community by working with multiple non-profit organizations.

    Her involvement as a member of Inspiring Girls USA's Board of Directors highlights her commitment to breaking down gender stereotypes and providing role models for young girls to raise their aspirations.
