  • Dr. Paul Hines a Professional Sommelier designation (with honours) and is a  member of the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers (CAPS).  He holds postgraduate certifications as a French Wine Scholar (highest  honours) from the Wine Scholar Guild, and as an Italian Wines Specialist  (distinction) from the North American Sommelier Association. 

    Paul also has a PhD in Physics and is a fellow of the Acoustical Society of America.  Paul combined his passion for wine and music to pair wines for each of the Inner Space Concerts this season. Katelyn speaks with Paul about his process for pairing of wines with music and a number of other interesting topics.
