  • When Darren Stubbs was nine he was sexually abused by his father, grandfather, and even the head of his local junior school. It was a dark secret he kept silent about for decades. But the horror of what happened would never go away. Decades later the ex-boxer was running a community gym in Oldham, and part of his role was helping deprived children. As he saw the joy he and his team of coaches were bringing to these children, his thoughts turned to his own upbringing, and he realised he was still living with the horrors of the past. So, some 40 years later, Darren decided to act...
