    In this episode, I’m getting a little more personal than usual.

    I chat about the 4 habits that helped me shed both physical and mental weight, and how my relationship with food has actually changed over time. It hasn’t always been easy, there were moments of restriction, guilt, and just not feeling good in my own body, and I wanted to talk about that honestly.

    I also share how I lost 10kg and what actually made a difference for me (hint: it wasn’t anything extreme).

    And in true me fashion, we also get into a slightly unexpected moment… I talk about how I cried watching the Hannah Montana anniversary and why it weirdly felt like healing my inner child.

    This episode is a mix of habits, mindset, and a little life reflection, if you’ve ever struggled with food, your body, or just feeling like yourself again, this one’s for you.
