Did you know that eagles can literally "renew" themselves? Extending their lifespan by quite a bit... but the process is hard to start and not at all pleasant. 

"Those who trust in the Lord..." - Trust is a process, not just waiting for a result, but actively being part of the result you are trusting God for.

In the sporting world, there is this thing called "Grit" - pushing yourself, your mind, and your body to its limits. As Christians, we need a lot of "Grit" we need bravery to endure, and our source is Jesus.
