  • In this episode we’ll hear about how my Great Grandad purchased Bowmore on Islay, how my Grandad oversaw a tank landing craft and super-crane named big beanie eventually managed to transport brand new stills and boiler into the distillery, and what this meant for the business in developing the vatted malt programme and the export of bulk blends, as well as the purchase of another distillery called Glen Garioch.
