So glad I discovered this!

Recently, I listened to Bruce Lawrence’s lecture on the history of how people translated the Quran. I am fascinated with the history of the different people attempting to translate it. I have a collection of Qurans and purchased the audiobook version of Abdel Harlem’s translation as it was recommended by NYU’s chaplain. His version is so much easier to follow. With just 10 minutes, I get to appreciate each chapter through this speakers eyes. It makes me want to complete Abdel Harlem’s Qur’an even faster. I’ve already gifted a few to my friends. I will be sharing this podcast too!
