  • Mark Potts moved to Olathe, Kansas, when he was nine years old. As part of the Sigma Chi Fraternity, he had the opportunity to serve as the New Member Educator, a position that helps teach and mentor new classes of young men transitioning from high school into college. Holding that position was one of the most rewarding experiences in his life. During his tenure at Amazon, he was passionate about building his team and investing in others, but the transition to night shift led to mental health struggles. Over the next two years, he navigated through anxiety and depression with the help of loved ones, friends and mental health education.
