She Earned her designation as a Certified Land Title Professional through the Michigan Land Title Association in 2023. Liz is also a licensed title producer agent in Michigan, Illinois, and Ohio.

    In addition to her work as a title agent, she founded Birmingham Exchange Company, a qualified intermediary facilitating 1031 exchanges all over the country, earning her designation as a Certified Exchange Specialist through the Federation of Exchange Accommodators. Lastly, Liz is also the Vice President of Gandol Inc., a construction and commercial door company.
