12. Rabbit Handstands, Donkey Kicks, and Human Legs and Feet

  • Summary

  • ...Hi.

    We're alive.

This episode is really really late, like crazy late, and we apologize.

It sounds like an excuse to say that the universe was conspiring against us, but that's what the evidence says. Multiple computer malfunctions, school, schoolwork, exams, a *parental ban on anything podcast-related*, some really bad days... what would you think? Life just really got in the way for this one, even if you don't believe it was orchestrated by a higher power.

    Moving on.

Legs and feet/ Nothing can beat/ And I always eat/ Noodles.

    OR

Legs and feet/ Nothing can beat/ And I always eat/ Noodles and meat... balls.

Which do you think is better? This was a collaborative effort between us for the poem because yk not much fine literature about legs and feet - which were the topic of the week.

After a normal amount of rambling in the introduction, a soon-to-be-famous song adaptation, and some more rambling for good measure, we come to the poem. We were divided over the final version, and got distracted before we could finalise. At some point after that, we explained a minor mishap in the episode page (minor-er than going on an unplanned hiatus). Devyani initiated a jokes-and-facts-segment (unofficial), got upset at being talked over and interrupted, and announced she was going to boycott the podcast. (You'll have to listen to know how that turned out.) Oh and... hi, Feng Shui. Please let us know you exist because we don't trust Snigdha. Sorry for probably horribly misspelling your name.

The factoff question's answers were unexpectedly entertaining. Especially if you are familiar with unit conversions. The factoffs were also outstanding, at least if you trust the factoffers's confidence in their own facts. Medicine, atmospheric refraction, and small pieces of coloured plastic that could apparently make the most populous country in the world. The points distribution was a bit different this time round (as in, there were two kinds of points allotted by two different methods). This caused a bit of discord, but it all worked out (everyone's still alive with all limbs attached).
