Perfectionism kept me from launching a blog site for years. Any perfectionists in the room? ✋

Lots of introverts get stuck because of perfectionism. Their work feels “not good enough” and they keep micro-editing to get to 100%.

It’s important to realize that introverts have a different process when it comes to making decisions and taking action. “Just do it” - although well meaning advice - can cause more anxiety than real progress for a lot of introverts.
