039: Abbasid Caliphate vs the Tang Dynasty

The Abbasid Caliphate had made it so far East that they came face to face with another superpower in the east. The Chinese Tang Dynasty was also expanding its borders West, and when the two superpowers met in the narrow valley of Talas... the epic battle between the Chinese and the Arabs happened in the year 751.
