  • In today's episode, i was graced with the presence of a woman who has played lacrosse on the world stage for Team China, she's coached for Minnesotan High School teams, she is currently the Director of camps and tournaments for Homegrown Lacrosse. Her name is Jing Peng and she has a lot to say for new players and improving players. She shares her fitness knowledge for players. We discussed world Lacrosse and Lacrosse on the Olympic level.
