I liked the story, it kept me guessing and i had to finish the book in one day.

No dull or slow spots in the whole story. Great pace and plenty of twists to keep you listening.

I enjoyed the book overall. The storyline was interesting and had a lot of potential. That said, I did find the pacing to be very drawn out at times, which made it feel a bit longer than it needed to be. I also had a hard time connecting with the narration. It wasn’t so much the narrator’s voice, but rather the delivery, it just didn’t flow in a way that kept me engaged. While I’m glad I listened to it, I think I may have enjoyed it more with a different narrator or a tighter storyline.

Overall this book was okay. It felt slow and a lot of repetitive stuff from chapter to chapter. The ending was also predictable. I like most of Ihli’s work but this was not it for me.

I really enjoy the authors writing style and the story is unique to what I’ve read of hers before. I’ve read a lot of thrillers and this one kept me in suspense almost throughout.

This was a great thriller all the way to the very end. Left me wondering where things were going until it closed.

Story was ok and pretty predictable but an easy listen. Although the narrator sounded clean and clear, her story telling did not flow and I found it hard to keep listening.

I love this author, but I was not a fan of this. The repetitive cadence of the narration made it difficult for me to stay focused, and definitely didn’t make it feel as intense as I think it should have. Maybe had I read instead of listened I would have enjoyed it a bit more.

So many times I had to double check to make sure the book was moving forward because each chapter sounded the exact same. Not her best work.
