    This month we explore leadership.

What does it mean to be a leader? How do good leaders respond under pressure? What does a team want from their leader?

While there are nuanced answers to all of these questions, there is one thing that remains at the forefront; putting others first. There is no better person to have this conversation with than long-time USSFCU member, US Army Major General, Senate Sergeant at Arms and Ambassador to Tanzania Alfonso E. Lenhardt.

    About Ambassador Lenhardt
