A Keeper

Thorough and informative . The book provides practice along with the lectures. The voice was a little high pitch and it took time to get used to it. Other than that, would recommend. Take your time, enjoy the journey

Great way to practice yoga nidra

The guided meditations are the best I've used. Also the chapter on the science behind iRest was a great explanation for why this works.

yoga nidra explained and taught

yoga nidra has been one of my favorite practices for a while and I truly relate to everything it represents. thank you for putting it all into a context and practice

What we resist persist

What a beautiful and nice course. To me the most valuable are the meditation practices. I took this course with the video format from www.thegreatcourses.com. However, this was not enough for me, so I decided to acquire the audiobook as well to repeat the meditation practices whenever I want.

Love this course!

Great Course. Great content. Love that Molly Narrates it. It makes listening to the whole series like a 13 hour guided meditation.

An excellent course

This is one of the best courses on mindfulness and meditation, teaching the process, the science and the benefits for multiple challenges. So glad I took this course!

Best Meditations I have experienced

I have tried many different Meditation styles and what I liked very much about this was this was secular and based in science, so a Christian like me could call up an inner resource of God, and also enjoy setting intentions, clarify heartfelt desires, connect body sensations with thoughts, beliefs and emotions and also feel into uncaused joy and Stillness/awareness/peace.

Easy to learn and great benefits

I began listening to this book and had to put it down for a few months due to travel. I listened to it everyday one chapter a day until I completed it. I recommend anyone listening to this book you will want to go through it more than once. Plus visit the author’s website. I have found the techniques very useful. I really liked it and when I practiced my cat came and sat on me for the first time since I found her as a kitten over 5 yrs ago. She’s never done this before so this practice must be helping!

So helpful for everyone

I really enjoyed this book and plan to go back to it often. Each chapter has a meaningful talk and explanation and then a meditation. It’s been great for my mental and physical health and I can see why it has helped many people recovering from physical and mental traumas. I highly recommend this for healing, anxiety, sleep, and so much more.

Absolutely horrid.

corporate tone.
keep looking....
not at all anything like actual yoga nidra.
sacreligious to Buddhism...if we cared about such things.
disappointed.
