I Meditated!

I have struggled with this whole meditation thing for years. “Focus on your breath” makes me actively tight-stomached and panicky feeling. I have hated meditation!

This was different. None of that “breathe in, breathe out, follow your breath” stuff that causes me such anxiety. I not only DID this meditation, I relaxed and enjoyed it!

I feel great right now! I look forward to doing this again! I really appreciate Bram Barouh and Audible for this gift. Who knows what I will learn next, now that I know I CAN do something I thought I couldn’t do. Thanks!

simplicity

enjoyed its simplicity.and instruction is easily understood. the experience was also relaxing and I was convinced I could replicate it on my own. It would have an added plus if it was a bit longer.

Great way to start!

I have used many methods of meditation and never used this method. It was so easy. Bram has a soothing, calm voice, I like all of his audible recordings.

I’ve Practiced for Years - I Still Love This

I’ve been meditating for 5+ years and I still find value in this. Bram’s voice is soothing without being too sweet. When I don’t feel like sitting for my usual 30 minutes or I’m way too distracted by some upset, I put this on. By the end (and I sometimes rewind 2-3 times) I’m feeling better, sorted, like I’ve really done something nice for me. And after a year of gently prodding my brother to try meditation, Bram clicked for him. These bite sized bits of peace can be the start of something bigger. Or, they’re just perfect as you are. I highly recommend.

A good way to strart the meditatin practice

It's a good way to start the meditatin practice or to gain confidence that you really can do it (I was not sure if I'm doing everything right :) )
