Great book but...

I really enjoyed listening to this and there's a lot to learn from this author. I do feel that the book needed to provide more specific sales strategies however, the author mentions that these are included in his other book.

No useful information. No good tips, just information regurgitated from other books and turned into his stories.

don't waste your money or credit

I purchased this book for tips on selling over the phone, however, all this book was is the author sharing stories on how he helped others learn to sell over the phone and no actual useful information begin shared unless you want to buy the other book he wrote about that.

I sell final expense life insurance over the phone and in no way did this book provide any useful information.
