What an excellent resource, as a foundation for biblical truth, about who God is, and who we are in his sight. Thank you for making us an audiobook for those of us who can’t sit still to read long enough, but need the truth and desire to learn.

Fantastic introduction to systematic theology!

The content was fantastic. It gives a great taste of systematics that makes you want to pick up both your Bible and a longer systematic theology text! I loved the authors reading the book!

Accessible

Loved this book for its simplicity, accessibility, and applicability. Definitely recommend it to long time pastors and church-goers and those for whom following Christ is very new.

Solid Teaching

This is a must read for every believer!! Though I’ve been a believer for over 4 decades, this book has been an incredible learning experience! I can’t wait to listen to it again! I also have a hard copy so that I can read and underline. This truly is a must read!!

The book you are looking for

This book is just what you or your group needs to dig a little deeper and start getting familiar with these $10 dollar Christian words Pastors throw around, now you can too! In all seriousness, I highly recommend this book to anyone that wants a better understanding on systematic theology, believer or not.

Heavy emphasis on Trinity

While this was a good book— the authors had such a heavy emphasis on the “three people of God” that they failed to recognize God is not three people. He is One— He is Spirit, He has a Soul (mind/will emotions) and He lives in a Body. THIS is what makes Him a “triune God”… but being made in His image— we would also be triune people, correct? Am I different person when I am a mother or when I am a wife? No— my responsibilities are just different. God is One, and His name is Yeshua

Commitment to using every day language to communicate theological concepts is difficult. Thank you for making the effort. It makes theology accessible to everyone!

Great systematic account

I enjoyed how this book walked systematically through who God has made us in Christ, our mission and plan for us and the church now and in the future! Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done…..

Helpful, good and concise

This was a great primer on theology. It has inspired me to continue my journey and to help others start theirs. Thank you!!

Good content, despite mistakes

Loved the content, but was often distracted by mistakes—the print book has many typos, and the audio has errors in it as well. (Plus I could hear JT turning his pages!)
