Every woman should read this book! It’s so important to know what we believe! I love that the author is the narrator!

Highly recommended!

It was refreshing to have the various views broken down objectively without malice with the encouragement to seek the Scriptures for myself as to what God was saying. As well as being edified, I found exhortations to prioritize my time in getting to know the character of God and investing in my relationship with Him well put.

Great overview of Theology

Phylicia has an amazing ability to take a difficult subject and make it understandable. This book is very well written.

This is an excellent summary of Christian theology with the representation of multiple stances in the faith and a clear delineation of first, second, and third tier issues.

Very clearly explains theology

I love how Phylicia clearly explains each part of theology so that you can make a conclusion on what you believe.

Such a needed book!

I had early access to the book and have now listened to the audio. I love that it’s read by Phylicia herself - it’s so special when you can hear the author with their own words. My only qualm is some apparent editing issues throughout the recording. But the book itself is so good and so needed, for myself and in our world today. It not only walks through core beliefs but also covers perspectives of various denominations and I love the way those are explored. I know this is a book I’ll be referring back to over the years and plan to go back through and further study from the scripture references she provides all throughout. Great for both new and long time believers…for any exploring believers that want to go deeper in understanding their beliefs.

A must read!

I have nothing but good things to share! I'm not one to leave reviews, but I feel compelled to simply because if oneore positive review is what helps you listen to this book my efforts will be well worth it! it's packed with truth, hope, encouragement. She dives deep into several theological views explaining each term and it's historical background in a way that is approachable, understandable, and honestly enjoyable. I will be gifting this book to everyone I know!

I know it says "woman" in the title - but 100% I believe every single Believer should read this book if they aren't sure how to answer the question "why do you believe in God?" or if they simply what to give deeper into what a Christian believes.

Short and sweet

I think Mrs. Masonheimer did an excellent job at breaking down theological points, opinions, and diversity in a beautiful way, focusing on Christian unity and exhortation. I enjoyed the personal anecdotes and examples and her encouragement to dig in to the Word and to make the effort to be in good Christian community. I bought a hard copy for my teenage daughter, who is also my sister in Christ. She asked for it, after listening to bits of it with me here via Audible. She’s excited to dive in, and we may use it for an upcoming book club.

The best theology book I have read

Seriously a must read as a woman seeking truth in Christ! So powerful! Must read!
