What a Great Resource!

Best Sleep Ever

I recently listened to one of the five guided sessions and was amazed at how quickly it helped me drift off to sleep—before the session even ended! The soothing voice and calming guidance provided a tranquil experience that melted away my stress and anxiety. I can't wait to try out the other sessions and explore the full range of benefits that Yoga Nidra has to offer. I'm definitely going to share this with my mom, who has trouble sleeping, in the hopes that it will bring her the same peaceful rest it has brought me. Definitely try this book out of you are a restless or tricky sleeper.

Sleep Like A Baby

Shifting Consciousness has done it again! This book, like their first, is top tier yoga nidra. Dawn's voice and speaking cadence induce relaxation, peace, and serenity. Add to that the beautiful flow of this book and there really isn't a better audio for sleep than this.
When I listen to this book, I fall asleep within minutes and sleep soundly through the night. Finding this book (and really ALL of Shifting Consciousness audio books) has been a game changer for my sleep. I cannot recommend them enough. If you are looking to ease your racing mind, induce restful sleep, or just looking for greater levels of peace, buy this book! It will not disappoint!
