Great content; a bit chaotic at times

Great content and having the workbook helps but at times it was hard to follow because of all of the jumping around with the exercises. She would refer to multiple exercises going back and forth and it was a bit chaotic. However, there were powerful exercises and it is still worth reading/ doing.

Herein lies the guidelines, road map, and game plan set forth in a doable way. Nancy illuminates the powers within each of us in with wonderful examples and exercises, and in ways that inspire confidence, compassion, and the self love required to becoming whole.

The book is geared towards women, but as a man also gained tremendous value from this book.

This book was worth my money!!

Definitely has golden gems in this book, very direct and understandable. I usually don’t like when authors read their own books however Nancy does a terrific job narrating as well. Will look for more books by her

Entire Office Reading This Together

We’ve got a team of people challenging ourselves individually and collectively to grow. This one right here is a gut punch and a hug all rolled into one. I’ve got the physical book and the audio version and love them both. I wish I’d found this sooner in life

Great work and very helpful

I started this book because it was next on my playlist of audiobooks I own. I didn’t plan on starting and finishing it in one day or spending my day doing all the lessons. Yes, some of them are meant to be done over months and I will continue to do the work over the coming months/years. However, I don’t want to wait that long to review the book.

Don’t worry about writing down the questions because they’re in the accompanying PDF. Download the PDF and begin doing the work as the author takes you through the lessons. There are 29 in total and it took time to go through all of them. I said it took me ‘all day to do the lessons’. Understand I had to take care of the kids, laundry and shopping which means I spent 4 hours doing the lessons. It was well worth the effort and I finally moved on getting a budgeting app setup.
