This was listed as a traumatizing read.. I disagree. It was mild at best. Good book though.

Erie spooky feel and narrator fit perfectly

I enjoyed this book! Had several people recommend it and I was hesitant but coming out of it, I’m sooo happy I did indeed read it!

Shyla and Angel - a love story

Sure, you may listen and think it's the grossest thing you have ever heard. Sure, you my not look at traffic cones the same ever again.

But at its core, it's about overcoming trauma, and wanting to be found, and loved, in whatever capacity that may be.

So sure, you may have just puked up your lunch, or breakfast, whatever. But it'll stay with you and it will give you all the feels by the end.

This story was crazy and at parts just downright gross as f***. I loved it and am now a fan!

Entertaining!!!

I loved how each story connected itself to the two telling them. It was very entertaining, short and sweet. Bizarre to say the least, but i was hoping it would be!!!

Speechless

What a story! I have no words. Did not end as I expected, not even close. Overall I really did like it though. Reads like an anthology all connected to complete the story. If you like extreme horror then you'll love it. I did. Narrator was perfect for the role. I'll definitely look for more of his work as well.

Wtf did I just listen to?? I mean this in the best way possible. This book is absolutely wild, unforgettable, and unique. Never a dull moment in this story and difficult to pause. Great narration that is easy to listen to and stay engaged. This book will be a hit with book clubs!

WTF did I listen to

Narrator did a fantastic job voicing this book??? Overall It was a good story, could have been a lot worse, but could have been a little better. Wasn't as "gory" as I was led to believe by the people that recommended it to me, but I loved how each internal story was delivered. The only real issue I had about this was the 3rd person narration...I.E... Angel got up and did this, Angel said this....I was also not a fan of some of the verbiage used IYKYK.....Other than that, I'd recommend this book.
