Very Good

i read the book about Wood and Trent whdn the audio version was released i had to get it. i love Trent and Wood. Thor Thom did a very good job narrating this audio.

A.E Via does it again! Such a great book. Wood is a great character which she illustrates perfectly!

Heavy! Loved it!

There was a weight to this one that kept in enveloped and warm. I enjoyed the MCs differences and their clashes but their ultimate get together was blazing. Loved this book. Not surprised, considering the author :). Can’t wait for Rain & Mike’s book (I hope!). Did not see that coming!!! Whoo!

OMG OMG I NEED MORE

i love the 1st book and now i love the 2nd even more wood is just , i cried threw half this book he has such a big heart so the next book looks like it is going to be a good one cant wait

Exciting!

A. E. Via has written a hot M/M story. Wood was an older xcon and when he met a much younger Trent, sparks caught on fire.
Tor Thom was a great choice for the narrator doing this one. He has the ability to make you see every character in your mind. I love his deep voices!

AE Via keeps tugging on my heartstrings! This is my second listen by her and I am a fan! This book features Wood who is adapting to civilian life after being in jail for many years. Living with Trent is not that easy. Besides the age difference, they are constantly bickering. Until we find out why. And a beautiful slow burn romance begins. But it's not all about Wood and Trent! There is so much to this story as Wood finds his way back to life. Reaching out to those he loves, finding a new normal and starting over is tough. With the help of friends and Trent, we get to take his journey. There will be tears, so have your tissues ready but the story will fill your heart bring a smile to your face.

Tor Thom is a talented storyteller. As Wood, he delves into the emotions of his past, and we can hear the pain and suffering he goes through. We also can hear the growing love he has for Trent! He easily moves into Trent and other characters, but his portrayal of Wood stands out . I felt it all with inflections and nuances that are specific to Wood and it made the listen incredible. I will be watching for the next one!

Lost in Wood

A. E. Via, you have converted me, lady! I used to be a strictly MF romance listener. No longer. Wood is simply amazing! And the narration... I completely lost myself. Tor Thom has taken his talent to another level with this one. I can't wait for the next book.

This series only gets better

The story between these two men with tortured pasts makes you laugh, cry, and sigh. Highly recommended reading.

Another great work from A.E. Via!

Story: A touching, rough story of two ex-cons who find love where they didn't expect it. I loved the personalities of both MCs and their emotions! The relationship development was top notch as usual for A.E. Via!
Narration: Great narration. Tor Thom is great at bringing those characters to life! The narration was easy to follow and the emotions all there!

The tattoo artist and the ex gang man

Wood has served his sentence and needs a place to stay where he can work on his re-entrance to society and Mike is happy to rent him a room at his trailer since Bishop moved in with his Eddie and Trent can do with a friend and keep an eye on him. Bishop was his cell mate and told him about his brother Trent on many occasions. He's prickly, angry and believes that everyone he comes to feel for leaves him in the end. But once you have his loyalty he's the best friend you can have . But after their first encounter, Wood isn't so sure. And Trent? He's feeling things he better not feel. Another intense story that AE Via is so good at and the dark voice of Tor Thom has you addicted.
