World-renowned Chef Prescott Vaughan was at the height of his career. Right before he's to leave for Paris to work alongside his idol, a horrific car accident leaves him completely blind.

His female fiance leaves him in a state of desperation and depression. He pines for love and companionship and so happens to find it in the form of his very sexy neighbor. His sexy male neighbor, Dr. Rickson "Ric" Edwards.

Prescott's not gay - at least he never considered himself gay - until Ric saves him from a date gone terribly wrong. The two neighbors hit it off quickly, and things are great until Ric begins to have his doubts about meeting Prescott's many wants.

When Ric insists he and Prescott take a breather, Pres finds himself lonely and lacking again. Enter male escort and aspiring chef Blair McKenzie to fill the void.

When Ric is finally ready and returns to claim Prescott, he's not sure that Pres can let go of the sexy, Southern hotness that is Blair McKenzie.

Pres soon realizes that there's no need to choose between his two men, because when all three of them finally come together - grab a cold drink - the heat is going to go all the way up!

Contains mature themes.

I enjoyed this story! It pulled me in from beginning to end and I enjoyed watching these three come together and figure out who they were and how to make things work. Prescott has not had things easy since losing his sight and has not had the best view of himself since then in regards to finding a relationship. There is just something there that he can't quite deny when he starts interacting with Ric and it makes him finally start thinking about being into men as more than just a college experiment. They both have issues that they haven't entirely dealt with and it creates a big issue for them and that is when Blair comes in and fills a void and that is something that is needed with all of them. I enjoyed watching these three come together and figure out how to make it work with the three of them and the fact that they needed all of them together to make things work. This was a hot and entertaining listen.

Entertaining and hot

This book starts off strong with a carefully laid out plot and characters. The conflict and backstories given to the first 2 MCs felt dynamic and real. I really liked the slow burn of their developing relationship. It felt genuine. The third MC at first also seemed like a good mix, however, he seemed too dimensional with no backstory and seemed to have been thrown in there for the pure sake of making it a threesome. I really wish his character had been developed better. Also in the last few chapters the characters lost a lot of their realism and seem to degrade into a Saturday afternoon special, complete with a cringy dinner scene thrown specifically to announce their throuple status to their friends and family. I get coming out, but it seemed like the epitome of lazy writing to just have one big awkward announcement (followed by kissing all over each other while everyone, including their parents, watched) instead of genuine conversations with their loved ones. Overall, the book wasn't terrible, especially the first half of it, but the second half was rather disappointing, especially when compared to the first part. If you're looking for a threesome book, then this will probably fit the bill, however, if you're looking for a genuinely good book, I don't know if I can recommend this one. The narrator also wasn't amazing. He did a decent enough job, however sometimes when the characters spoke it just seemed like they were bored. I think the narrator was trying to use a husky voice but I feel it missed its mark too many times. The Southern accent was nice though.

Sweet story, but gets a little too sappy towards the end

The vulnerability and strength of these men blew me away. Every book this author writes is fantastic and this is no exception! I love the tie in with Nothing Special series too.

The best MMM I’ve ever read!
