One of the best podcast I’ve ever heard!

I don’t know how I’m possibly the first reviewer here. This podcast is incredible. They go in depth into emotional processing of our past, the dynamics we play with others and ourselves if we don’t process and the causes, triggers and effect. I listened to one episode and was completely blown away. This needs to be taught at the elementary, middle and high school levels. Certainly all adults can use this. Thank you guys! It’s great!
