Publisher's Summary

Motherless and raised alongside her brothers, Alanah, a Canaanite, is no stranger to fighting. When her father and brothers are killed in battle with the Hebrews, she disguises herself and sneaks onto the battlefield to avenge her family. The one thing she never counted on was surviving.

Tobiah, a Hebrew warrior, has spent his share of time on the battlefield and is shocked to find an unconscious woman among the casualties. Compelled to bring her to a healer back at the Hebrew camp, he's unprepared for the consequences of what he intended as an act of compassion.

In order to survive, Alanah must unite with her enemy. But will a terrible revelation drive her toward an even greater danger?

Love the story

I really enjoyed this book, however the voice of Tim was distracting. I wouldn’t mind his voice if he spoke all the male characters ONLY and Sarah did the females. But having them interchange between the characters were not pleasant and took away from the experience. Other then that I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to hear a story not surrounded by sex or supernatural creatures; and inspired by biblical events.

A knock-out Christian fiction series

Book three of the Out of Egypt series was a wonderful end to the series. This series is amazing! I love the continuity through each book, even though they focus on different characters.

I appreciated the way Connilyn brought the landscape, culture, and Mosaic laws to life. There was of course some writer liberties taken, but on the whole, the spirit of the bible was upheld.

I absolutely love that her books inspire me to read my Bible more!!

Amazing Grace!

Each book I have listened to about the Jewish people is more amazing than those preceding. it is clearly evident by the author(s) that so many hours of research have been well spent doing research in The Bible and into the laws, customs and habits during these periods of time.

Good

Good characters and exciting storyline overall. The middle of the book drags a little, but overall good writing. Good acting in audio, but the guy's voice creeped me out.

Good Read

A great story. I esapecially liked the way they surprised you by tying Rahab's into the plot. However, since it was the third and final sequel to the story, I was disappointed the author did not included the characters who were in the first two stories which would have tied everything together very nicely. Over all a great read. I will read it again and again.

Wings of the Wind

I’ve listened to all three books and WOW!! Alana, Tobiah, their families all went thru much, learned much, loved much and forgave much. Every character gleamed with life through every situation. But, my absolute favorite, seeing Yahweh’s plans and purposes fully activated and demonstrated. Great book! Gets a huge 10!

Superb Series and I loved every one..

Loved how all the characters knitted together so well over this series. It brought the exodus story alive and new angles to think about. Thank you for the story and great narration
