Well I am officially addicted to the Savage Lands series and will not be turning back. I need to know what in the world will happen next.

Brex has traded one prison for another, at least this one has a bit nicer interior, being the prisoner of the Fae Lord of Budapest does have some advantages. Warwick, Warwick, oh Warwick, what am I going to do with you. I want to love you so much, I mean, how can you not? But you need to figure out your mind. This book has so much going on and I loved every minute of it.

Off to get into book 3. I need answers. Again.

So many twists and turns

I truly am enjoying this series, but I get tired of Brexley's naivete. It irritates me that Warwick and Brexley don't just communicate, rather than fighting and stubbornness they share. Argh, all that fighting is such a waste of time. But still, this series if FUN!

Never a dull moment!

Lots of intrigue, slow burn love story, plenty of running from bad guys and fighting. Main character is not human but she doesn’t know what she is.Great narrator! It’s really GOOD

Giving a 5, but with caution

I actually was very happy with this second book, I thought the it got even better than the first. This series is full of suspense, action, hot men, kick ass women, and lots and lots of sexual tension. This is not an insta-love type of romance. There are plenty of great side supporting characters ( like ash in this one... yum).

I will note, the leading character Brexley can be tough to swallow. But if you can just go with it and kinda laugh at her then i think you will really enjoy the story. I can tell that the author was aiming for a spoiled girl, who had then "gone through the trenches" and come out the other side as a a badass/murder/kickass/take not shit/ive been through hell type of personality, but her experiences didn't quite measure up. So when she is constantly reminding EVERYONE how badass she is, it just comes of as " ya, girl we hear you... you think you a badass, but your kinda not". ;D lol

I will definitely be listening to the next book and can't wait to see what happens.

Loving this series

Excellent performance on the different voices and personalities. I think I love Bitzy and Opie the most, lol, but the cliffhangers have me hooked and ready for the next book!
