Love love love this one!

This has been my most favorite Elsie Silver read! I loved the characters, the story line, and how, despite the circumstances, it wasn’t raunchy at ALL. It was just the right amount of spice and captivated me from the beginning. 10/10 recommend!

Best story waiting for the next

Best story and narration. The narrator’s were great. Love Connor and now Megan, she is awesome. I love the story. Plus size who loves her body but still had scars. Love how Bash loves all her curves and scars.

Bash & Gwen are perfection

I absolutely adore all of Elsie’s books! I smile. I laugh. I kick my feet. I swoon and I cry. She has an incredible way of telling a love story with sexy spice and amazing side characters and found family. I thought it would be hard to top Tabby and Rhys (Wild Side) but I think she did it. This was a perfect way to end the Rose Hill series!

Pretty solid

I hate that. It's always like right at the end. There's gotta be some sort of twist thing like I feel like they need to add the twist towards like a little bit more before the end, so that we can get more closure and end activities. Feel like the epilogues here weren't as fulfilling or exciting, as some of the other stories.

Perfection!

This book was perfection. This series has been one of my favorites, and Elsie did not disappoint with this book. I honestly just wanted more!

That man’s voice!

I’ve read all Elsie Silvers books and this one wasn’t my favorite. It was a little too messy for my and the conclusion for people really didn’t make complete sense. Which made this emotional love story hard to connect to. I did however very much enjoy it and would recommend. Spicy was🌶️🌶️and I’m soo happy to see Connor narrate another one of Elsie’s books.

PERFECTION!! 💜

Oh Wild Card is now my favorite in the Rose Hill series! I absolutely love how slow burn Gwen and Bash's romance is! They met at an airport and had an immediate connection, but unfortunately they couldn't keep it touch. Then they reunite when they meet at his son's birthday party, a son that he didn't know existed for 24 years. He is also a bit of a douche. I love the found family vibes, and of course Clyde! He is one of the best written characters in this world! He is hysterical, but he is also the reason why Bash and Gwen came back together. There is nothing I didn't love about Wild Card!

Bash & Gwen were worth the wait!

I absolutely loved finally getting to experience Bash and Gwen’s story—it was worth every bit of the wait! Bash is the sexy, grumpy firefighter pilot who suddenly finds out he has a son, and Gwen is the free-spirited yoga instructor who refuses to settle down. Their personalities clash and spark in the best ways, and I adored every second of their slow burn, witty banter, and undeniable chemistry. And of course, we can’t forget about crazy Clyde—such a hilarious and memorable addition to their journey!

The ending was absolute perfection and had me swooning long after I finished. The audiobook narration was fantastic too—Connor Crais and Megan Wicks breathed so much life into Bash and Gwen, capturing their emotions and personalities perfectly.

This was such a beautiful, fun, and heartfelt story, and it reminded me why Elsie Silver is a must-read (and must-listen!) author for me.

Love both narrators!

We've got free-spirited Gwen, who was never understood by her father. Not sure if she became a free spirit because of him, or in spite of him? But she's controlled her own fate for the last 10 years since she left home at 18. Then there's Bash - Sebastian - his life has not exactly gone according to plan. They meet one night when they are both snowed in at the airport, and instead of looking for a quiet corner to catch some sleep, they spend the night talking and doing fun things. Bash gets her phone number as they part the next morning but... he didn't exactly get it right, and that sets a lot of the plot line in motion for this story.

I heard a lot of hype about Gwen being - what I thought would be - a plus sized woman. But the book only ever refers to her as "curvy" and/or "buxom. So I don't really consider that to be one of the "tropes" because it's pretty vague - with the exception of certain characters shaming her for eating at a party.

Bash has no idea how to have what he wants without damaging his new relationship with the son he didn't know about. I'll tell you one thing - I wanted retribution for Tripp's mother. She had no right to wait 24 years before telling Tripp about his bio father. Maybe her parents put pressure on, but no excuse is good enough.

Great story - Elsie Silver books are ALWAYS great stories and I don't think anyone would ever regret reading every page.

Great little bonus epilogue too. Too funny. Clyde was one of the best side characters ever.
