Be an influential leader!

It is an awesome guide to becoming a more effective and influential leader. Chapter 2, "What You're Saying When You're Not Saying Anything," immediately caught my attention. It reminded me of a time when I was leading a team, and I realized that my non-verbal communication had a significant impact on my team's motivation. The chapter's emphasis on the importance of body language and non-verbal cues was enlightening and made me reflect on how I could improve my leadership style. The narration in this book is excellent.

Up Your Game as a Leader

This is a great listen for anyone who has just become a leader or wants to improve his or her skills. The author discusses the practices that great leaders exhibit that make them admired and respected by their employees. The book is a reminder that facts tell, but stories sell. He talks at great length about the impact stories make when giving a speech or a talk to a group. Another important quality is that of body language and how it can help connect or "turn off" your listeners. The last point that impacted me was the importance of having fun in the workplace. Having fun is major component of employees satisfaction, even more so than pay. Great listen!

The most important leadership tools in one book

Carl wrote about nuances like Rapport & body language he delved into the details of successful Storytelling. Most leaders don’t necessarily think about engaging Employees to contribute to the goals of company. Carl gives example of using rewards to create win/wins. I enjoyed that this book went into the nitty gritty of the how-to where most books just skim the big topics.

This audiobook is interesting and has good tips for becoming a more efficient leader. Nice narration.

A great listen on how to be an effective leader

I enjoyed this audio.
I love learning about leadership and becoming a better communicator.
I'm a dad, author and businessman and I found everything in this book relevant.
The audio helped me relate better to people and just be more confident in general.
This was an awesome audio, and I loved the engaging narrator also.
I recommend this audiobook.
