Naturally, my next step is to blackmail—I mean, convince—this (admittedly cute) girl to pretend to date me. That way, my grandma stays happy, and as a bonus, I can keep the gold diggers at bay.

Unfortunately, my arch nemesis, a.k.a. biology, kicks in, and the whole "not getting physical" part of our agreement becomes increasingly hard to abide by. Worse yet, the longer I'm with Juno, the more my delicately crafted icy exterior melts away.

If I'm not careful, Juno will tear down my walls completely.

Sweet and Hilarious

I loved this audiobook. It made me laugh out loud so many times I thought for sure my family would come to check on me and see why I was laughing so much. Grumpy sweet men and quirky strong smart women are a favorite combo of mine and this book did it SOOOOO very well and with such uniqueness. The narrators were perfect. Thank you for such a lovely story.

Super fun read.

I enjoyed every moment of this book. They were both funny, unique & slightly weird in their own cute way and the chemistry was tense! I recommend giving it a try. The narration wasn’t bad. Don’t listen to the other reviews. Check for yourself. It’s worth the credit for me.

Pleasantly Surprised

I have to say I was skeptical of this audio book at the beginning, but quickly was engulfed in the storyline. It was funny, quirky, romantic, and sweet. My only complaint was that it was too short. I was sad to reach the end. So much so that I have downloaded the author's other audio books.

made me laugh, loved the story. only thing was the ending was definitely cut off at the knees. I'd have loved to be able to enjoy the ending fully.

Hard listen

Erin Mallon’s voice made this a hard listen for me. The sing-song, high pitched teenage voice that she used for a grown woman was very irritating hence the 3 stars for performance. Sebastian York was good as always. Does anyone listen to these recordings before publishing? I would have enjoyed the story more if I had read it instead of listening to that voice.
This is the first time that I’ve listened to a book by this author. I’m unsure if I’ll seek out more. I think most of the dialogue was supposed to be funny but just fell flat due to the narrator. She just didn’t carry it off. And some of the dialogue for Juno was just plain silly. Perhaps it would have worked for a teenager but not for an adult woman. Anyway, i would suggest reading this story vs. listening. The story concept was good but not narrated very well by Mallon. Don’t use a credit for the audio.

Cute RomCom

I enjoyed this short but sweet RomCom. However, I had a hard time listening to woman’s voice. I felt like it didn’t match the story being told.

Witty and Smart

I love how smart the heroines are in Misha Bell’s books! I feel like I get a little education while I enjoy the witty and sexy story!
