After spending the last 200 years locked up in the family castle with his three younger brothers, Erwan is climbing the walls. Literally. Another wonderful story
Ashley James is one of my favorite writers. Her books are hot but they also have a story line with it. This was a very slow burn which I am fine with, and there is plenty of sex and passion when they finally find each other. I like some angst in my books, and this has some, not overwhelming but just enough. Can’t wait to listen to the newer books with the rodeo when they come out as, some characters are briefly mentioned. I love love love Teddy Hamilton and he is wonderful. I am usually not a Hugh fans of Aaron Sherlock but he did a fabulous job in this one. Look forward to hearing more of his work.

Outstanding!!
All of the emotions were so well written. Ashley James is always a one click buy and this one is a must listen. I absolutely love this couple. Emotional!! but, the HEA is so worth all the pain. It's heart breaking, heart warming and heart healing. the narration is so Outstanding. the right narrator was definitely picked to voice the right character. forget about having a pause button. I listened straight through the night.👏🔥❤

Amazing!
This was a slow emotional burn but so so so worth it! All that they go through to finally make it to each other is quite a long journey. It definitely makes you love them and want them to find their HEA, and they do! I was smiling and so happy for them in the end.
This author knows how to write stories!! The narrators did an absolutely stellar job, as always. They were perfectly suited for the characters they performed. And while the spice took a while to heat up, when it did...Wow!! It was so 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I highly recommend this story to fans of the author and or the narrators. I loved, loved, loved it!!!

Wonderful story, superb performance
Ashley James is an amazing writer...just about all the books she has in audible I own are 4 or 5 stars and the performance is always top notch! Teddy Hamilton and Aaron Shedlock are in my top 15 of male performers. Segan and Josiah's story was wonderfully tender....it will remain with me for a long while.

What a ride
It felt like an intense journey from beginning to end. Talk about depression. A hard hard life….. the end was absolutely beautiful. I really enjoy Ashley’s books

A forbidden romance that delivers
For fans of Ashley James, you'll LOVE this story of forbidden romance. Teddy Hamilton and Aaron Shedlock are amazing as friends to lovers trying to overcome religious trauma and live their authentic lives. This slow burn and angsty story will grip you and when it delivers it steams FULL FORCE AHEAD and it's hot, hot, hot 🥵🥵🥵 Listening to these two bruting men made me wild and had me rooting for them until the very end. It's a beautiful story of discovering who you are, figuring out where and who you belong with and recognizing the feelings from the past are true and real. TW's include religious trauma, attempted suicide, drug use and death. Ashley James has a gift for writing beautiful MM romance stories that are complicated and layered but in the end, the MC'S realize loving someone and accepting love is what's most important!

Segan and Josiah
I just want to hug Segan Bradley forever and ever. This was heavy and my heart was hurting for everyone. There are some great moments, mentions sensitive topics that I personally appreciated but I think it lacked love and passion, I wanted more, much much more of Josiah and Segan together.
