Great lenght for thos e who eant to practice.

Outstanding audio book

Author paid extra for voice actors, so the back and forth was so much more real. Subject is outstanding, but you have to be ready for it.

Great personal accounts of past lives and lives between lives

I personally think this book deserves a lot of credit. I’m about half way through this book as I write this review and here’s my take on it so far. If you’re a fan of Michael Newton’s books, you will like this book. The authors of this book and people doing these hypnosis sessions have not only been trained by the Newton Institute, they takes Dr. Newton’s work and methods seriously. I’m guessing some people didn’t rate this book as highly as other books dealing with this same subject because it didn’t have as much of the authors’ personal commentaries and explanations. But it’s obvious to me that this was intentional as the authors wanted to provide unfiltered accounts of their sessions to readers and give them the room to form their own understandings. What I personally like about this book is the sessions the authors put in it gives readers a good sense of not only how these lives between lives sessions are conducted, but how people have actually experienced them. The sessions in this book also provide insight and personal lessons that (in my opinion) many people can apply to their own lives. I plan on seeking out more books from these authors and hope they continue to write more books on this subject.

Not what I expected

Listening to lengthy case regressions was tedious. I am impressed by the author’s skill with the regressions and how it benefits his clients in real time.
