Read first, listened second, enjoyed both
I read When Everyone Leads the first week it was available. When I had a long work trip planned, I decided to give the audio book a listen for a refresher. Julia’s narration, especially her tone and pauses when needed, helped me to learn even more this time. I highly recommend When Everyone Leads to anyone with the desire to encourage others to practice leadership and hold themselves accountable to making progress on the challenges faced by their company or community. 5 stars!
