Not what I expected.

it talked about all the issues that CBT can help but not really much on how it actually helps. A bit disappointing.

The author explained specifically and clearly the techniques in overcoming fear. I was not familiar with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) until I learning this book.
