The gunrunners started a blazing fire in West Texas and Laramie Davis was hired to extinguish the flames. The Winchesters they supplied to the Apaches would ignite a full scale Indian war if they weren't stopped. The trail took Laramie from Fort Smith to a town called Hades. And from there it turned into a quest for revenge that even Laramie might not survive.
