Effective hypnosis!

Love the mentality change that comes with listening to this hypnosis. It's brilliantly simple. It's been effective at curving my appetite and getting me motivated with the natural weight loss hypnosis and mindful diet.

Changed my mind!

This audiobook is very pleasant to me as i got everything what i wanted. I like how I felt after listening, motivated, not wanting to ruin my diet again. It's a great mindset for a weight loss journey.

Awesome weight loss hypnosis!

This has been a great addition to my new diet plan. Nice way to get your thoughts on target about healthy eating and exercise.
There are lots of good exercise provided in this audiobook which are really mindful and helpful to lose weight.

Awesome audiobook and it is full of affirmation. I recommend this audiobook.

Lovely subliminal hypnosis!

Love the subliminal secrets how this is structured and how it gets to the heart of its message. The Affirmations has worked for me in the way that I want to eat healthier. Was able to avoid pitfalls in the fridge that I usually fall for. Progress is awesome!

Awesome!!

This is a great tool to have in my weight loss toolbox. It's both motivating and effective at getting you to take the right steps towards weight loss. Systems won't be effective if they can't get you to take action, and this has the right kind of mind hacks to get you motivated and off the couch. Awesome!!

Helpful weight loss ideas!!

I used to eat a lot of fat contained food without maintaining diet and i was getting fat.
Now i'm less hungry for the wrong foods since listening to this, I'm more aware of what I'm putting into my body and doing yoga as instructed in this book. it's made a difference for health and now my weight is controlled.

Wonderful audiobook

Nice mind shift for starting to think about food in a healthy way and to actually want to exercise. There is never a shortcut to losing weight or staying fit, but your mindset can really make all the difference. I love the positive shifts that happen with this wonderful, powerful audio.

Awful narration!

Robotic voice. Painful and stilted. Could not make it more than 30 seconds before I had to turn it off. Would give zero stars if I could.

Worth the listen!

This is a audiobook to meditate on losing weight. If you know about the law of attraction this can be a real powerful technique. Having listened to a number of meditation things similar to this, I feel in comparison, this is a very well done recording. I plan to continue to listen to this as I start another weight loss journey. I think if you believe in the law of attraction and you would like to get help on weight loss then this a book worth pursuing.

Full of positive affirmations

Weight Loss Hypnosis for Women was a good listen. It did put me out so I would listen to what he says at the beginning. It was positive affirmations that I lose some weight and it was definitely good. I love meditations and hypnoses like this. They tend to have good results. I also believe that along with losing weight this left me feeling good overall. I would definitely recommend giving this a chance.

Great weight loss ideas!

Using this to activate positive self talk in relation to weight loss goals. It's great. Highly recommended as a positive exercise in verbalizing the type of positive things that, if you are overweight, you probably have never said to yourself or even thought. If you want to lose weight this internal dialogue can more often be more of a rebuke, a self critique, or a series of hopeless wishes. I've decided the mental aspect of losing weight is just as important as the weight loss itself. This realization comes late but better than not at all.
i got great help from this audiobook and feel very mindful.

Soothing narration!

Using visualization to achieve your desired weight, ugh... I'm not sure how much progress I'd make with just this method alone, but when paired with exercise and diet I can see how it might work to lower my stress level. The narrator did a great job providing a soothing sound for this visual meditation.

Lovely motivation!

This has been useful for me so far, as I've been shifting my thoughts towards eating healthier food and exercising more, and just making better decisions for myself. This weight loss audiobook is like a jump starter for weight loss. Love the motivation it brings and I feel it can last as long as you listen whenever you feel you are losing the will to continue on a healthier path. It's worth it to at least try in my opinion.

Very effective!

I found this to be very effective at getting me to crave healthier foods and actually want to work out my abs, which used to be my least favorite exercise. Now, I have healthier eating and exercise habits with ease, which is a big change for me.
