Kate balances living as magical in non-magic and magic worlds.
Kate’s figuring out how she as a Marshal with magic, fits into an new job and city, Boston. She visits her magical family home as often as possible to rejuvenate. In a recent visit, her mother, sisters and Kate, become candidates to lead the magical council. She even gains a lifetime friend. Very much enjoyed this first story and Megan Trout’s narration!

Fun Read/Listen
I liked the MC and her family group in Ireland. Her sidekick comes to her not to far into the story, but I do not wish to give away parts of this story.
The authors did a Great job on the various characters and their personalities too!
Narrator does a very good job with the various characters voices and the entire storyline.

Disappointing
As a series entitled ‘Witch Warrior’ I was expecting a lot of good guys against the bad guys kind of genre. It started out that way but devolved into family reunions, practice sessions, Witch politics, meditations, and premonitions. I finally just gave it up. It may have gotten back on track, but at that point, I was just bored.
