excellent adventure story

this book is really exciting. normally I dont like fantasy of any kind, but I do like adventure. really, I just got this book for the narrator. Megan Trout is really awesome and I just want to listen to her performances, so I went out on a limb with this one. the book is really great because there is no romance and no one is pressured to marry anyone or anything. it allows the heroine to discover her powers and grow as a character without that cliche stuff. the witch and dragon subject isn't my thing though, so I didnt give it 5 stars as a book.

Great start for a new series!

The Michael Anderle Team never disappoints! Magic Dragons and lots of action! Can’t wait for the next episode!

Kate balances living as magical in non-magic and magic worlds.

Kate’s figuring out how she as a Marshal with magic, fits into an new job and city, Boston. She visits her magical family home as often as possible to rejuvenate. In a recent visit, her mother, sisters and Kate, become candidates to lead the magical council. She even gains a lifetime friend. Very much enjoyed this first story and Megan Trout’s narration!

Fun Read/Listen

I liked the MC and her family group in Ireland. Her sidekick comes to her not to far into the story, but I do not wish to give away parts of this story.
The authors did a Great job on the various characters and their personalities too!
Narrator does a very good job with the various characters voices and the entire storyline.

Weak plot

The plot was slow or nonexistent. I found the narrator too high pitched for male voices.
